Beth believes that the process of buying or selling a home is a very personal transaction. So, when a client puts their faith in her to assist them, she uses her rare combination of personal attention and professional drive to deliver results. It is hard to imagine anyone working harder for their clients than Beth does and she credits her strong work ethic in part to the time she spent in the US Army Reserves and is proud to be a veteran.
Beth truly enjoys what she does which results in a seemingly endless supply of energy and a positive attitude every step of the way. Combine that with her years of proven success and undeniable industry knowledge and the result is one of the best real estate experiences anyone could hope for.
Beth Ulrich began her real estate career in 1993 and as a rookie, quickly became one of the top agents in the Twin Cities. Initially, she worked almost exclusively with first-time homebuyers but quickly expanded her expertise into new construction and luxury homes.
In 2002, Beth began a 10-year hiatus from selling homes to take a more active role in raising her four daughters and to help expand her husband’s creative marketing firm. As a result of those efforts, Beth helped launch a promotional product division and quickly built it into a million-dollar business – which was successfully sold in 2008.
In 2012, Beth returned to real estate, and over the next four years, Beth worked as the exclusive salesperson for two Luxury Condominium Developments located in downtown Wayzata. In just 18 months, she sold 58 units at The Regatta equaling $70 Million in sales and in 2016, she sold 20 units at The Landing in just 9 months, equaling an additional $33 Million in sales.
In September 2016, Beth once again began offering independent real estate services and became certified as a relocation specialist. After selling over $100 Million in real estate over the previous four years, she became EXTREMELY familiar with the luxury condo and upper-bracket home market in Wayzata and the surrounding communities. She now shares that expertise and knowledge to help buyers, sellers, and investors of all ages and in all price ranges. Beth also has specific expertise in working with seniors or anyone going through a “transitional phase” in their lives.
In 2017, Beth’s daughter, Chelsey, joined the Ulrich Real Estate Group – specializing in first-time home-buyers. That same year, Beth continued her ongoing sales success – ranking 5th in the state for real estate sales.
Beth not only knows the real estate market in the communities she works in – but she also gives back to those communities. She volunteers for numerous organizations and has served on multiple boards including Gleason Lake PTA, TwinWest Chamber, Wayzata Area Chamber, Sherburne State Bank, and P.E.A.S.E. Academy. Beth also co-founded a non-profit called The Caring Effect where she hosted a radio show to bring awareness to the needs of others and then gave the listeners the tools to make a difference. She also speaks at several marriage retreats throughout the year and teaches confirmation at her church.
Beth and her husband, Eddie, have been married for more than 25 years and reside in Wayzata, MN. Together, they have four grown daughters: Chelsey, Abby, Ruby, and Mallory.
